Helping you navigate change with confidence

You want to take charge of your life, but you don't know where to begin.

Life can sometimes throw us into situations that seem impossible to handle. Whether it’s personal relationships, work, or financial issues, it can feel like everything is falling apart. You feel inadequate and powerless as a result, like you can't manage everything on your own.

Additionally, you may feel isolated and misunderstood, experiencing shame and self-blame for circumstances beyond your control. It could be a past experience that troubles you, or a current situation that is overwhelming and unmanageable.

The pressure of trying to manage everything has taken its toll on you, leaving little time for hobbies and activities that used to bring joy. You may feel unfulfilled and disconnected from the things you care about. In addition, you have neglected your health by working out less, eating poorly, or getting too little sleep, which makes you feel exhausted.

You may be struggling with:

  • Suffering from poor sleep and tired all the time

  • Having difficulty concentrating on important tasks

  • Experiencing anxious thoughts that don’t stop

  • Feeling like you aren’t accomplishing the things you need or want to do

  • Unmotivated and unable to get off the couch

Change can seem overwhelming, but with some guidance and practical steps, you can start moving forward.

Hi, I’m Lindy

I specialize in working with adults who are going through changes in their lives and are ready to try something different to feel better. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, or health-related issues. Together, we work to establish coping skills, develop new perspectives, and break unhealthy patterns.

When we feel negatively about ourselves or are stuck in an anxious state, it can be difficult to accomplish anything. However, by changing our behaviors, we can shift our mindset to a more positive outlook, leading to an “I can do this” attitude. Taking action, even in small ways, can be a powerful way to show ourselves that we have the courage and strength to overcome challenges that once seemed out of reach.
