I’m a long-time medical social worker and licensed therapist specializing in helping professionals and caregivers who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and disconnected.
My approach integrates EMDR, mindfulness, and mind-body techniques, including exercise, as therapeutic tools to help you regain balance, manage stress, and heal from anxiety or trauma.
Together, we’ll build coping skills, shift patterns that hold you back, and help you reconnect with your body, mind, and emotions.
